Illustrator and/or author of more than 60 children's books, artist David Catrow's whimsical postcard is evidence of his love for dogs; especially the three dogs that lay all over his furniture! As a boy, David's favorite subject in school was drawing, aka math class, and fortunately for us all, even though he intended to pursue a "sensible" profession, drawing silly pictures turned out to be his destiny. Winner of numerous awards for illustration and cartooning, David's editorial cartoons have been syndicated to more than 900 newspapers in the United States and Canada and his art is held in many private collections as well as the permanent collections of the National Archives, Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Museum of Cartoon Art in San Francisco.'
