William (Bill) Wray is mostly known for his painting style on the Ren and Stimpy Show, as well as his monthly strip in Mad Magazine and his collaborations with Mike Mignola on Hellboy Jr. Currently concentrating on his fine art oil painting, his postcard submission is a beautiful example of his urban landscape series where he chronicles fast disappearing pockets of industry, urban decay and places most consider not worth remembering.
